Second Aunt (174 Series Part 8)

i get told i can be passed off as her child. our features are similar, which i don’t mind. it’s not unusual your sibling’s offspring would bear some resemblance.


she’s amiable with a caring personality. when you visit her there is never a dull moment. a faultless example of virtuoso at being a people person. the usual largest gatherings happen at her generous abode and it’s a field day.


doing all in two bare hands is something she isn’t bound to do, but she does for the sake of the community it commands. a happy feeling of sorts. she thrives on it.


her and uncle has an interesting dynamic. and it’s something i haven’t figured out ever, but it’s something i respect. what makes it curious is that it’s uncommon. it’s one word that’s banished (how i feel) from where i come from, so it’s either a shock or a distaste.


the world needs more caring people, and she’s there as one. it’s raw, honest, and marvelous. 


I'm 26 and awkward. Dreaming big so if it breaks, the pieces are in thousands.

If being realistic was a human being, it would be him. His words unravel itself as an advice, or a lesson, even if unintended. The coarse cobweb of life sewed itself in his heart and mind. A thread which he can’t cut off. Sooted feet for miles to his work. Humble beginnings to a superman who gets looked up to by three people whose gilded presence light up his world. In all his sternness, imposing persona and razor sharp truths, he is a person capable of generosity, tepidity, and a lots of laughter. He can laugh. At times, my aunt can make it stop, which is another story. I won’t tell it another day. Aunt is an enigma. A very unfathomable one. She has a bit of Urdu on her, and her siblings have the same eloquence in their exchanges. But I decrypt the meaning quite easily. A balmy spring one, then a blistering summer.   There’s always an ace of spades in your mother’s family. And in Bangladeshi linguistic, it is defined as ‘the youngest uncle.’ I fail to contemplate any given circumstances where his innate extraordinary prowess hasn’t made a smooth sailing for me. A comfort show? A food my stomach bellows for? A software anomaly which needs his jurisdiction? All green 10s. Naruto you see me voicing my unending admiration over? It’s his doing. One day, I land in his room with an orange clad, whisker inked blond boy in his juvenility, and suddenly I am home. Forever indebted for the safe haven. All the do’s and don’t of a computer.
